Are the corn mazes open this year?
Yes, from August 6th to November 8th 2020, our mazes are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekends. It is important to arrive at the orchard before 3:00 pm to be able to access this activity.
Is it possible to come pick apples?
Yes! Apple picking will be available from August 22! To know everything about the activity and the trending apple varieties : it's here !
Is it possible to come pick pumpkin ?
Yes, you can buy a ticket for our pumpkin patch. Otherwise, buying a ticket for the mazes or the apple picking (and apple bag!) will grant you access to the pumpkin picking. Don't forget to bring cash money to be able to pay directly at the field according to the weight of your harvest ($0,59/lb).
Is it necessary to make a reservation for activities?
Considering the special conditions imposed by COVID, online reservation is now mandatory. Without a reservation, you may be refused access to the orchard whether it be the self-picking or the corn mazes, in order to allow us to maintain an adequate number of people on site. Reservations are made exclusively online here.
When is the best time to come to the orchard?
The season extends from August 6th to November 8th. Each month, nature’s beauty changes to the weather. For those who prefer to come when it's less busy, we suggest coming on weekdays, from Monday to Thursday. Weekends in September and October are often busier, don’t forget to make a reservation soon.
Can I bring my baby stroller to the orchard?
lt is possible to bring your baby stroller for apple picking, however, it will not be allowed in the tractor as well as in the mazes as the paths are bumpy and narrow. It is strongly recommended to bring a baby carrier for the maze activity.
We used to come visit the animals for free, is it still possible?
Even though the conditions under COVID are different, we chose to keep the play area and the farmhouse open to the public. However, it is not possible to enjoy only this specific activity from Friday to Sunday. We invite you to get a ticket if you wish to enjoy this area on weekends.
Can we bring our picnic? If not, is the bistro open?
Unfortunately, starting september 25th, the picnic area will be modified to conform to governmental regulations. This means it will not be possible to bring your own lunch on site and our bistro is close. For your weekend picnics (closed during the week), head to Parc de la Pointe-du-Moulin (2500 Boul. Don-Quichotte), which is 8 minutes by car from the orchard.
Is there a maximum visitor capacity on site?
Yes. In order to respect social distancing on the site, we’ve had to diminish our visitor capacity for the picnic area, the shop as well as the activity areas. It is thus necessary to make a reservation online in order to have access to the activities. We could restrict access to the orchard if its maximum capacity is attained.
Must I wear a mask when I visit the orchard?
Masks are mandatory in the shop, at the reception as well as the tractor ride. However, they are not necessary during the activities. We still ask you to maintain a 2-meter distance between groups and to keep your mask easy to access for when you enter the shop, the bistro, the interior washrooms and the tractor wagon.
Is it possible for me to bring my dog?
Sadly, no. While we love animals, it is not possible to bring your dog whether it is in the orchard, the mazes, the play area or the farmhouse.This decision is linked to governmental cleanliness laws. Still, it is possible to visit the orchard with your guide dog and we make an exception on our canine weekends, on November 7th and 8th 2020.
What are the accepted payment methods ?
We accept Interac payments and cash. It is not possible to pay with credit card at the orchard.
Is there parking ?
It is possible to park for free at the Verger Labonté’s entrance. In the event that the parking is full, it is possible to park at Parc des Hirondelles on 144e avenue, as well as Town Hall, at 21 de l'Église street.
We ask you to be mindful when parking in order to respect our neighbors. Pay special attention to signage! We have several patrols in the area and wouldn't want you to grab a ticket!
